Returns Policy
Returns are limited to unopened products only (In original OCK9 packaging) and must be received within 30 days from date of receipt.
A (RMA) return authorization is required, and can be obtained by emailing us at customerservice@petpurpose.com.
There will be a restocking charge of 25% and the original shipping costs are not refundable. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping to return the items purchased in their original packaging. Any products sent back without an OCK9 RMA# will be refused and unaccepted.
We have the right to refuse any packages that have not been authorized by OCK9 and/or are not in the original OCK9 packaging.
To stay in compliance with health & safety regulations we will be unable to except any used products or products returned not in their original OCK9 packaging. Sorry, No exceptions!
